Cultural Interchanges would like to introduce an International Yoga
and Mind/Body Fitness Festival to be held in enchanting Ladek Zdroj Poland. This will be an opportunity experience yoga, pilates,tai
chi, feldenkreis method,nature hiking, meditation, and spa treatments in the pure air and idyllic surroundings
of one of Europe's most beautiful and healthy spa towns.
We are currently looking for Instructors
of various disciplines interested in teaching and bringing students to the festival . It is the perfect yoga spot !!

We
hope to debut this festival in conjunction with the dance festival. This can be a great option for non dancing
parents and family members. Participants of both festivals will enjoy the evening performances and parties!
